History
The company, born out of the business incubator Charlottenburg Innovation Center (CHIC), initially developed Probatix in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.[1][2] The software has since evolved into a full-featured middleware for a wide variety of clinical environments.

Probatix
Probatix is a middleware software solution that helps integrate the software systems of laboratories with those of doctors and pharmacies, while enabling communication among doctors, pharmacies, labs, and patients. The company describes Probatix as the "front end for laboratories," enabling them to map laboratory processes to "the path to the patient, via doctors to the laboratory and back."[3] The company states the following advantages to laboratories[3]:
- directly integrates with your laboratory information system (LIS), regardless of the connection standard;
- allows direct communication with providers and patients; and
- sample tracking and resource planning.
