Specialty Testing Solutions Ca, LLC—doing business as Specialty Testing Solutions—provided cannabis testing and consulting services, and the company also developed and distributed the laboratory informatics solution CannaLIS.
History
Specialty Testing Solutions Ca, LLC was formally founded in Delaware in June 2018.[1]
At some point after March 2, 2021, the website began forwarding to an entirely different entity name, "Alternative BioMedical Solutions, LLC."[2] It is in no way whatsoever clear what happened to Specialty Testing Solutions and its CannaLIS solution. The only link that can be found between the two business names is in a lawsuit filed in Delaware on March 18, 2021 regarding the sale of all of Alternative Biomedical Solutions securities to a company CLP Toxicology, which also had a partnership with Specialty Testing Solutions.[3] Both Alternative Biomedical Solutions and Specialty Testing Solutions also share the same address, making the matter even more confusing. What is known is that while Specialty Testing Solutions Ca, LLC is still active in Delaware[1], a web page for the company or CannaLIS can no longer be found.

CannaLIS was a cloud-based laboratory information management system (LIMS; marketed as a LIS) for cannabis testing laboratories that "is intuitive, easy to use, interfaces your equipment and generates reports directly to your clients."[2]
