History
Limseo was founded in July 2013. On September 11, 2013, the company finalized the acquisition of ALTIK SAS, which would be backdated in effectiveness to September 1, 2013. Limseo stated it would absorb the ALTIK personnel into its operations and continue to develop and support Solution Laboratoire.[1][2]

Solution Laboratoire (referred to as LabSolution in English) is a modular laboratory information management system (LIMS) for "managing analytical and administrative operations in the laboratory, from the registration of the requests to the preparation of the test reports and invoices, while tracking the analyses carried out on samples."[3]
