Sometime after March 2016, the website went dark.[1] A check of the Washington Corporations Division shows the company inactive since November 2010.[2] Not entirely clear about timeline of events, though website hadn't been updated since 2011.[1]

ALIS was a modular laboratory information management system (LIMS) that "smoothly manages all types of raw laboratory data flowing out of the sample life cycle from beginning to end."[1]
