History
Sometime in July or August 2014, Cognium Systems ceased operation, shutting down its website and letting its web domain ipadeln.com on August 31.[1][2]An e-mail to the company confirms it's no longer operational.

iPad ELN
iPad ELN was a web-based electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) "that has all the elements needed to compliment or replace a paper notebook."[1] The software was able to be installed locally or hosted remotely as software as a service (SaaS).
