Template:Redirect category

The pages in this category are redirects. To add a redirect to this category, put {{R from ...}} on a separate line after the redirect. Do not substitute redirect templates. See also the style guide and Category:All redirect templates.

This is an administration category. It is used for administration of the LIMSwiki project and is not part of the encyclopedia. It contains pages that are not articles, or it groups articles by status rather than content. Do not include this category in content categories.   This is a hidden category. It is not shown on its member pages, unless the corresponding user preference 'Show hidden categories' is set.   This is a tracking category. It builds and maintains a list of pages primarily for the sake of the list itself. Pages are added to tracking categories through templates.

Usage

This template provides a header for the subcategories of Category:All redirect categories.

Use from and/or to to describe the purpose of the redirects in the category. template names the associated redirect template (without the Template: prefix). parameters lists the parameters used by the redirect template. same_line=no changes "put" to "use" and suppresses the text "after the redirect but on the same line". This option is only used for Category:Miscellaneous redirects and soft redirect categories.

Categorisation

This template adds categories to Category:All redirect categories, Category:Hidden categories and Category:Tracking categories. If the template is transcluded on a page outside of the category namespace, the page will not be added to the categories.
