Template:Monthly clean-up category/name part

The Template:Monthly_clean-up_category/name_part extracts the name prefix from parameter 1, as all of the text prior to the spaced-word " from" before the month/year. If the word " from" is not present within the parameter 1 text, then nothing is returned.
- Performance considerations
This template searches the text in parameter 1 for the word " from" by using efficient Template:Strfind_short, which runs in 9 levels of expansion depth, compared to Template:Str_find, which runs with 25 levels of depth, as used prior to 29 August 2012.
