Preparative high-performance liquid chromatography

Jump to navigationJump to searchThe objective of preparative high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is to isolate and purify a desired product from a compound, as opposed to an analytical HPLC run during which the qualitative and quantitative properties of a compound are determined.[1]
