Botannis Labs Mo. Corp. performed analytical laboratory testing for the agriculture industry, including performing chemical Cannabis testing for the state's medical marijuana program.
History
The company was formally founded in Missouri in July 2019.[1] In December 2019, the state published data showing that the lab had become licensed to test Cannabis for the state's medical marijuana program.[2] Bottanis Labs was the top-ranking application based on the state's scoring system.[2]
In June 2022, the stated dissolved the company's state license for failure to file a registration report.[1] Additionally, the company no longer appears on the list of approved Cannabis testing labs in Missouri.[3]
