Labii, Inc. is an American software company headquartered in Mountain View, California that develops and distributes software as a service. Their software products include an electronic laboratory notebook (ELN), inventory management software, website building tools, social networking software, and scientific literature management tools.
History
Labii, LLC was formally founded in October 2014[1] by Yonggan Wu from Stanford University. On September 21, 2015, the company announced its Labii ELN was going into open beta testing.[2]
In November 2015, Labii LLC incorporated as Labii, Inc.[3], a C-Corporation, with founders Yonggan Wu and Corbin Chase from the University of California, San Diego[4]. On March 1, 2016, the company announced the Labii suite platform was fully released and available for purchase.[5].

Labii ELN
Labii ELN is a cloud-based, template-based electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) that allows you to "easily collaborate with your peers and work together [to] further science."[6] Labii updated their platform and released on March 01, 2016[5].

Per the company's support page: "On the topic of pricing, because you're within our first 1000 users, you get a free license! Once beta testing is completed we'll start charging on a monthly basis but will continue free licenses for those that contribute toward the betterment of our products..."[7][2]
