History

Labii, Inc. was founded in October 2014 (as Labii, LLC)[1] by a group of researchers from Stanford and the University of California - Berkeley.[2] On September 21, 2015, the company announced its Labii ELN was going into open beta testing, with the first 1000 users getting a free lifetime account.[3] Labii incorporated in November 2015.[4]

Technology and products

Labii ELN

Labii ELN is a web-based, template-based electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) focused on "simplify[ing] the adjustments between protocols and [decreasing] the time required for preparation between experiments and time spent recording notes and observations during each experiment."[5] As of November 2015, the software is still in beta development.
