Bode Cellmark Forensics, Inc. develops and distributes human DNA collection and analysis products, including forensics laboratory informatics software. The company also provides forensic DNA analysis services.

History

In December 2014, Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp) announced it had acquired Bode Technology Group, Inc., including its Chromosomal Lab division, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.[1][2] In March 2015, LabCorp announced that Bode Technology Group would combine with LabCorp's Cellmark Forensics division to form Bode Cellmark Forensics, Inc.[2] The company still supported and offered BodeLIMS after the acquisition.
