Open Laboratory Framework is a web-based laboratory information management system (LIMS) front-end that provides an extensible framework for better laboratory functionality.

Product history

The Open Laboratory Framework project appears to have been started in early 2010[1] by Jochen Thomas and Markus List, likely as part of a project through German software developer OSTHUS.[3][4] The last file release was with version 0.7 on April 11, 2011[1], and the last update for the software seems to have been March 19, 2012.[5]. It's not known if development will continue on the project.
