In late March of 2019, inray Industriesoftware GmbH created subsidiary In-QM-Team Software GmbH to focus on the laboratory side of the business.^[1]^[2] inray transferred its WinLaisy laboratory information management system (LIMS) product to In-QM-Team, which would continue to develop it along with other quality management solutions for manufacturing.^[2]
