Werfenlife SA (doing business as Werfen) develops and distributes laboratory informatics and healthcare management software.

History

In 2009, with the sale of its instrumentation division of subsidiary NTE SA to SENER SA, Werfen Group retained its clinical software division and rebranded it Systelab Technologies SA, remaining a wholly-owned subsidiary of Werfen.[1][2]

Systelab Technologies was operating as Systelab Technologies SA until 2017.[3] By 2018, the company name had been removed and replaced with "Werfen España,"[4] and then "Werfenlife SA"[5] The entity that was Systelab Technologies SA is presumably dissolved effective approximately 2018.

Modulab is a modular laboratory information system (LIS) that can help clinic pathology labs "save time, improve efficiency and provide better patient safety and care"[6] The solution may only be available in the European market.
