VitalAxis, Inc. develops and distributes laboratory informatics and other health care software solutions.
History
VitalAxis was founded in 2007, releasing its VitalPath software as it's primary offering. By 2014 the company had branched out, offering collection, office, and patient management software.[1]
Sometime in 2017, the company changed the name of its VitalPath product to VitalDx.[2][3]

VitalDx is a cloud-based laboratory information system (marketed as a LIMS) designed to "streamline workflow between [a] network of practices, physicians, surgical centers, send-in and send-out labs."[4]
