RHAPSODY Software Solutions GmbH develops and distributes customer relationship management (CRM) software solutions for various industries.
History
The company was originally founded as Softwaresysteme Keeve GmbH in 1985, developing IT solutions for commercial entities.[1] At the end of 2017 founder Heinz Keeve stepped down, passing it on to his son André Keeve.[1] Shortly after, on February 15, 2018, the company officially changed its name to RHAPSODY Software Solutions GmbH.[2][3] In January 2019, the company announced an expansion with the creation of RHAPSODY Consulting GmbH, a data protection and IT consulting firm for small to medium-sized businesses.[4]
Sometime in late 2022 or in 2023, the company removed its LIMS offering from its website. It's presumably discontinued.
Former technology and products
RHAPSODY LIMS was a laboratory information management system "that optimizes laboratory processes and ensures meaningful documentation and analysis in the laboratory."[5]
