QBench, Inc. was originally founded as Junction Concepts, Inc., in June 2015.[1] On August 11, 2022, a Delaware entity QBench, Inc. was incorporated.[2] Per personal correspondence, "assets of the business and customer contracts were moved" from Junction Concepts to the Delaware-based QBench entity, with Junction Concepts still existing as a legal entity, though it's not clear in what capacity it functions.
