History
The company was founded in 1992.[1] In early 2019, the company announced its new [FP]-LIMS, a laboratory information management system (LIMS) built on its prior [Dia] modular database solution.[2]
Prior technology
[Dia] was a modular database solution for laboratories, very similar to a scientific data management system (SDMS). It was designed "for the use in laboratories for production, quality conformation, research and development in environmental analysis. It is not specialised on one specific branch."[3]
Technology and products
[FP]-LIMS
[FP]-LIMS is a modular, web-based LIMS built on the former [Dia] modular database solution[2] that "simplifies your entire laboratory processes."[4] The company adds that it can help "map your laboratory processes effectively," "work efficiently with your resources," and "reduce development and production costs."[4] The LIMS comes in a Light, Standard, and Professional edition.[5]
Pricing
Company removed its public pricing sometime in late 2022.
