Edits to CloudLIMS.com, LLC
Hello. This is to let you know I undid many of the edits you made to your record. It's been a while since your account was created, so I remind you of the intro message new account holders receive via e-mail when an account is approved:
Hello! Thanks for requesting an account. I do notice you are affiliated with a developer of a laboratory informatics product, and for that I want to note the following. On LIMSwiki we allow only factual and cited material to be added to vendor and product records. We do not allow marketing language or puffery. _Any_ marketing language or puffery (e.g. "best," "biggest," "state-of-the-art," "most advanced," etc.) will be deleted immediately without question. Keep all product claims factual and provide a web citation — even if from your own website — as much as possible. This is NOT a marketing platform.
I'd also like to add something about a common mistake vendors make with their pages: You can ONLY add a cited "Y" to the product feature table if you can back it up with a web citation. (Read the disclaimer box above it carefully!) For example, your product may feature "Sample and/or result batching," but if it's not documented anywhere on the web — a citeable source like a company web page or publicly available user manual — you can't put a "Y" in the feature table. That has always been our policy: if we can't cite a reliable public source, we don't add it.

For an example of a neutral, cited vendor/product page, please see the LabLynx, Inc. page: http://www.limswiki.org/index.php?title=LabLynx,_Inc.
For an example of a neutral, cited open-source software page, please see OpenELIS: http://www.limswiki.org/index.php?title=OpenELIS
Please keep all our guidelines (no marketing, facts only, must cite everything [even if it's using public information from your own website]) in mind before making edits. Thanks, and happy editing.
I have removed all marketing language and puffery. I removed the incorrectly cited features added to the feature table. The cited page did not indicate the features added. This also a fact-based wiki, not a marketing platform. Users don't get to paint the picture they want for marketing purposes. The company is an LLC according to public records from the state of Maryland, and that information must remain. I re-added all instances of LLC and added a public citation to back it up.
In the future, please refrain from marketing language and puffery. Everything must be fact-based and supported with a citation. If you have any questions, you can ask them on my Talk page. Kind regards, Shawn Douglas (talk) 16:10, 13 April 2016 (UTC)
