Status
New statutes effective February 1, 2018, require testing of marijuana and marijuana products to be sold on the retail (non-medical) market. It does not appear that rules have yet been promulgated to address the details of implementing such a program. These rules are the responsibility of the Commissioner of Agriculture, Conservation, and Forestry.
