University of Guelph (U of G) is a comprehensive public research university in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. It was established in 1964 after the amalgamation of Ontario Agricultural College, the Macdonald Institute, and the Ontario Veterinary College. The university enrolled more than 21,500 students, and its agricultural sciences program ranked 17 among all universities according to U.S. News & World Report's 2016 rankings.[1]
