QMS is a laboratory information management system (LIMS) aimed at the water, wastewater, and environmental laboratory industries.
The Virtual Delivery Platform or VDP appears to be a customer service add-on for QMS; the company website doesn't make it clear.

The revenues for VDP services are collected through a simple, across the board surcharge for laboratory services. VDP automatically adds the surcharge to each test.
