History
The company was formally founded in Nevada in July 2014.[1]
In November 2019, the lab was shut down by the state due to "'inaccurate and misleading' potency results for cannabis products that it had screened."[2] The lab came to a settlement with the state in February 2020, agreeing to pay a $70,000 fine for not only reporting inaccurate THC results but also unintentionally destroying or concealing evidence, failing to keep the premises secure, and failing to conduct appropriate seed-to-sale tracking.[3]
