Cleaned up date

A cleaned up date, as defined by the United States Environmental Protection Agency via its SEDD Specification Version 5.2, is "the date (and time, if required) of any cleanup procedure performed on the sample aliquot. If cleaned up over a range of dates, this is the start date."[1]
