History
In 2009, with the sale of its instrumentation division of subsidiary NTE SA to SENER SA, Werfen Group retained its clinical software division and rebranded it Systelab Technologies SA, remaining a wholly-owned subsidiary of Werfen.[1][2]
The company was operating as Systelab Technologies SA until 2017.[3] By 2018, the company name had been removed and replaced with "Werfen España,"[4] and then "Werfenlife, S.A."[5] The entity that was Systelab Technologies SA is presumably dissolved effective approximately 2018.
