University of Kansas, often referred to as KU or Kansas, is a public research university located in Lawrence, Kansas, United States. KU branch campuses are located in the cities of Wichita, Overland Park, Salina, and Kansas City, Kansas, which houses the university's Medical Center and University Hospital.
