University of Tromsø - The Arctic University of Norway (Norwegian: Universitetet i Tromsø – Norges arktiske universitet) is a public university located in Tromsø, Norway and is the world's northernmost university. The university also has campuses in Alta, Hammerfest, Kirkenes, Narvik, and Harstad. The university offers 57 academic programs, 49 of which are graduate-level (master's) programs.[1] The university enrolled more than 12,000 students, and it ranked fourth among all national universities according to U.S. News & World Report's 2016 rankings.[2]
