Title21 Health Solutions, Inc. develops and distributes clinical laboratory informatics software solutions, with a focus on the cell therapy and biotech markets.

History

Title21 was founded in 1996 with its first product release in 2001.[2]

In 2014, Title21 debuted its LIS-like Cellular Therapy Solution at the annual AABB (American Association of Blood Banks) conference in Philadelphia, describing it as "a new class of flexible and integrated technology for cellular therapy labs to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and quality to ultimately improve patient outcomes."[3]

In both 2015 and 2016, the company was recognized as one of the "20 Most Promising Biotech Technology Solution Providers" by CIOReview magazine, also gaining a featured review in 2016.[4]

In June 2016, the company's CEO Lynn Fischer was chosen by IT magazine Insights Success as the featured profile for their "50 Most Empowering Women in Business" issue.[5]

Cellular Therapy Solution and Document Control Solution

Cellular Therapy Solution is a LIS-like data management platform for "any cell therapy environment including BMT programs, tissue centers, cord blood banks, and CT laboratories."[6]

Document Control Solution is a document management system used for "the optimization of document control processes."[7]

Other offerings

Title21 also offers a wide variety of other stand-alone and modular software offerings, including inventory control, audit management, instrument management, and learning management solutions.[8]
