History

On August 5, 2014, Cerner announced it had acquired Siemens AG's Siemens Health Services for $1.3 billion U.S. The company stated "[f]ollowing the acquisition, support for Siemens Health Services core platforms will remain in place" and that "[c]urrent implementations will continue."^[1] Affected products may include Siemens' Servolab and TD-Synergy LISs, though as of September 2014 it's not clear.

CoPathPlus and PathNet

CoPathPlus is anatomical pathology laboratory information system (LIS) that "addresses the unique needs of your anatomic pathology laboratory while providing comprehensive workflow automation, management reporting and quality-assurance functions."^[2]

PathNet is an anatomical pathology LIS that "supports surgical pathology, autopsy, cytology, and bone marrow."^[3]
