Microspectrophotometer
From LIMSWiki
A microspectrophotometer (known previously as a microspectrometer) is a device used in microspectroscopy, the "study of quantized energy transfer between radiation and matter." A microspectrophotometer is designed to measure that energy transfer in the form of a spectra taken of a microscopic sample. Most are capable of measuring attributes such as transmittance, absorbance, reflectance, polarization, and fluorescence.[1]
