Usage

This template is a shortcut for category lists that shortens "Category" to "Cat". Similar to {{Tl}} for templates, it automatically places a colon (:) before "Category" so the page will not populate the category:

{{Cls|Regulatory information}}

produces Cat:Regulatory information
