History
The company was founded in February 2013.[1]
Sometime in roughly January or February 2022, the company announced that "PDEvidence is now part of the Cellebrite family" and the LIMS' former features "are now integrated with Cellebrite Guardian."[2] However, Cellebrite doesn't mention "LIMS" anywhere on its website. Additionally, it's not actually clear what is going to happen to PD Evidence, LLC; it looks like maybe Cellebrite bought PDEvidence LIMS, but it's not explicitly clear.
