Kapak, Inc. was formally founded in July 2017.[1]
Sometime in the summer or fall of 2019, the company removed mention of its Kapak laboratory information management system (LIMS), and it's presumably no longer offered.

Kapak LIMS
Kapak LIMS was a cloud-based laboratory information management system (LIMS) "designed to provide you with a basic application built for your day-to-day operation."[2] The company stated that it was able to work with clients to modify the LIMS to their needs.
