History
ChemSW was acquired by Accelrys, Inc. on September 3, 2013. ChemSW stated in its press release its management team and employees would be retained, though it wasn't clear if ChemSW would continue to function as a separate unit or be absorbed into Accelrys.[3] With the finalized acquisition of Accelrys by Dassault Systèmes SA on April 29, 2014[1], the company is assumed to be defunct.
