The company was formally founded in Maryland in February 2018 as Blunt Assessment Laboratories, LLC.[1] On April 14, 2021, the company changed its legal name to Eastern Analytical Labs, LLC.[1] The lab still retains its Cannabis testing license under that new name (as of July 2022).[2]
