History

LABTrack was founded in 1996 "with the idea that laboratory information systems need not be complicated nor expensive."^[1] In the early 2000s, the company began developing a customized laboratory information management system (LIMS) for Avecia Pharma, eventually commercializing the software further in 2007.^[2]

LABTrack ELN and LIMS

LABTrack ELN is a web-based electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) used for capturing "notes, data and files in a collaborative, searchable database."^[3] The software can be installed locally or hosted remotely as software as a service (SaaS).

LABTrack LIMS is a LIMS that allows you to "design your own forms, menus and reports with built in WYSIWYG design and reporting tools."^[3]

Project Management Dashboard is middleware-like software that "is designed for all departments to track the status of their tasks, jobs, requests, projects, and production runs from start to finish."^[3]
