History
VitalPath was founded in 2007, releasing its VitalPath software as it's primary offering. By 2014 the company had branched out, offering collection, office, and patient management software.[1]
Sometime in 2017, the company changed the name of its VitalPath product to VitalDX.[2][3]

VitalDx is a cloud-based laboratory information system (marketed as a LIMS) designed to "streamline workflow between [a] network of practices, physicians, surgical centers, send-in and send-out labs."[4]
