Cannex Nevada, LLC (doing business as RSR Analytical Laboratories) performs analytical laboratory testing for the agriculture, cosmetic, mining, and pharmaceutical industries, including chemical Cannabis testing.
History
The company was formally founded in Nevada in July 2014.[1]
At the end of December 2019, Cannex was forced to temporarily close by the state "after finding elevated levels of mold, yeast, bacteria and fungus in certain products tested at the lab."[2] As of February 2020, the laboratory was reopened but not yet permitted to conduct microbial testing. "To resume microbial testing, Cannex needed to comply with a plan of correction that required Cannex to revise and update its standard operating procedures, method of verifying microbial testing and ensure laboratory cleanliness, along with making other changes."[3]
