History
The company was founded in 2005.[1]
In March 2019, Asterian, LLC acquired QuikLIMS from eLab.[2] However, no other details are publicly known, and it's not clear if eLab Solutions is still operating in some capacity. It's also not clear if Asterian will be offering QuikLIMS or will integrate it into its existing products.
