VeriLIMS (Pty) Ltd. developed and distributed laboratory informatics software solutions for the mining and surveying industries.
History
The predecessor of VeriLIMS (Pty) Ltd. and the VeriLIMS product was Computerised Laboratory Applications (Pty) Ltd., established by Johan Potgieter in the 1980s.[1][2][3] The Computerised Laboratory Applications website shut down sometime in early to mid-2011, with VeriLIMS (Pty) Ltd. taking its place in July 2014.[2][4]
In the fall of 2016, VeriLIMS was acquired by QM-Tek (Pty) Ltd., at least according to their website.[5] In 2017, the VeriLIMS website began to forward to QM-Tek's, suggesting perhaps that VeriLIMS (Pty) Ltd. was closed and the assets transferred to a new company, QM-Tek (Pty) Ltd. However, no public information can be found to confirm this.

VeriLIMS
VeriLIMS was a modular laboratory information management system (LIMS) that "makes the most ‘sense’ in terms of laboratory workflow, sample and data management including traceability and QA/QC checking."[6]
