The company was formally founded in Missouri in August 2019.[1] The company is a subsidiary of Inovatia Laboratories, LLC, an analytical testing laboratory in the same town.[2] In December 2019, the state published data showing that the lab had become licensed to test Cannabis for the state's medical marijuana program.[3]
