The company was formally founded in Oregon in December 1996 as Columbia Food Laboratories, Inc.[1] In 2015, it and Pixis Labs, LLC (founded in July 2008[2]) were acquired by the Tentamus Group.[3] In March 2020, both Pixis and Columbia Food Laboratories merged and became Columbia Laboratories, Inc.[3]
As of August 2022, Columbia Laboratories is licensed to test Cannabis for the state.[4]
