However, if you didn't already notice, all commercial software is loaded under vendor records. The SparkLix Bio IT Corp. record is a good example of this: we create a vendor record and then place the vendor's products in that record. That said, the [[Docollab]] record that was created is invalid and will be redone. However, again, I see a lack of transparency in the company surrounding Docollab. Even looking at the [https://www.docollab.com/terms Terms of Service] doesn't reveal what the legal name of the responsible company is. I assume your doing business as (DBA) but I need a legal name of the company. I can't really do anything without it. Normally companies are open about this, or, if nothing else, I can take an address and DBA and find the legal business name registered with the state. However, there is also no address or phone number listed for the company, making it even more sketchy. | However, if you didn't already notice, all commercial software is loaded under vendor records. I've locked the Docollab record for now. The information there will need to be moved to a vendor record. Please provide the legal name of the company, including company type, as that is our standard here on the wiki. We can't do anything until we have that information. Thanks! SparkLix Bio IT Corp. and Docollab
Hello! As discussed in the introduction message when you joined, we've had a lack of knowledge about SparkLix. Public information about it and Docollab has been sparse at best. I see the Docollab website has been updated a bit with more information, which is helpful.
However, if you didn't already notice, all commercial software is loaded under vendor records. The SparkLix Bio IT Corp. record is a good example of this: we create a vendor record and then place the vendor's products in that record. That said, the Docollab record that was created is invalid and will be redone. However, again, I see a lack of transparency in the company surrounding Docollab. Even looking at the Terms of Service doesn't reveal what the legal name of the responsible company is. I assume your doing business as (DBA) is "Docollab," but I need a legal name of the company. I can't really do anything without it. Normally companies are open about this, or, if nothing else, I can take an address and DBA and find the legal business name registered with the state. However, there is also no address or phone number listed for the company, making it even more sketchy.
I've locked the Docollab record for now. The information there will need to be moved to a vendor record. Please provide the legal name of the company, including company type, as that is our standard here on the wiki. We can't do anything until we have that information. Thanks!
