Willow Analytics, Inc. performs analytical laboratory testing and R&D services for the cannabis production and quality assurance industries. The company also performs chemical Cannabis laboratory testing for the country's various cannabis programs.[1]
History
Willow Analytics, Inc. was formally founded in April 2019[2] as a subsidiary of Willow Biosciences, Inc., which was founded at the same time as a merger of Makena Resources, Inc.; BioCan Technologies, Inc.; and Epimeron, Inc.[3] Of note, BioCan Technologies, Inc. was a cannabis testing lab[4] with a Canadian testing license.[5] It's likely that BioCan went on to become Willow Analytics, Inc., carrying over its testing license.
