Scepter Lab, LLC performs chemical Cannabis laboratory testing.
History
The company was formally founded in Wyoming in August 2016 and registered in New Mexico in February 2017.[1]
In April 2018, Scepter was briefly involved in suit, along with the state's Department of Health, regarding Steep Hill, Inc.'s standard operating procedures (SOPs). Scepter had obtained the SOPs through a public records request to determine if the Department of Health was "evenly and uniformly applying the regulatory requirements to all license holders."[2][3] Ultimately a judge ruled that Department of Health could no longer provide such SOPs to public records requests and that all existing copies had to be returned to Steep Hill.[2]
