The company was formally incorporated in August 2015.^[1]

In January 2018, Alternative BioMedical Solutions was acquired by private investment firm Centre Lane Partners, LLC.^[2]

Lab Lync and Paracelsus

Lab Lync is a multi-platform laboratory information system (LIS) that "provides cost-effective user interface solutions that help deliver superior patient care."^[3]

Paracelsus is a web-based toxicology LIS that "delivers results directly to your desktop and offers tools to help you effectively manage your drug testing program."^[3]
