BSI, SEER*DMS, and SQUISH
BSI is a laboratory information management system (LIMS) "for biospecimen management that can be customized to meet your needs."[1] BSI can be hosted locally or subscribed to yearly using the software as a service (SaaS) distribution method.
SEER*DMS is an information management system for authorized cancer registries that "provides support for all core cancer registry functions — importing data, editing, linkage, consolidation, and reporting."[2]
SQUISH is project and issue tracking software that helps people "track product development, client requests, software bugs, help desk tickets, tasks, and more."[3] SQUISH is accessed via subscription through the software as a service (SaaS) distribution method.
