History
Netika was an independent French company created in 2000.[1] In 2012, Netika ranked as the 157th fastest growing tech company in the European region by Deloitte Global Services Limited.[2]
In March 2019, Medasys SA, the parent of Netika, announced it would be changing its name to Dedalus France SA as a means to provide "a common brand for the entire group" of Medasys and Dedalus subsidiaries.[3] Netika was pulled into the Dedalus France umbrella, along with its KaliSil LIS and KaliLab quality management system.
