About ClinCapture
ClinCapture is an Open-source Electronic Data Capture (EDC) System designed for data capture, query management and reporting for clinical trials for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies. As an open-source plaform, Clinovo offer ClinCapture at no cost but market study build, validation, hosting, training, support and integration services.[3] In 2013 they launched a community for users and developers to interact in order to help build the platform.[4] EDC can now rival the paper processes in terms of study start-up time.[5][6] As a result, even the earlier phase studies have begun to adopt EDC technology.[7]
